AUTO DETAILING II CURR-2005

Through many challenging, exciting hands-on activities, students will expand their knowledge and experience of tasks required in the auto detailing career. CHILD CARE ASSISTANT II CURR-2006

The Level II Child Care curriculum provides instruction for those working with children ages one to five years. This curriculum teaches students how to safely care for and nurture young children in a day care setting. Students will learn skills to help children grow emotionally, mentally and physically. CARPENTER HELPER II CURR-2008

Expand upon your skills in the carpentry area with this exciting curriculum. Students will learn many in-depth job tasks in the carpentry field and gain experience using tools of the trade while they build culminating projects of saw horses and workbenches. A sample of activities includes:

GENERAL OFFICE ASSISTANT II CURR-2001

Today’s business office assistant must possess many skills to make the workplace run effectively and efficiently. Students will learn the skills necessary to perform and coordinate an office’s administrative activities. A sample of activities includes:

FOOD SERVICE ASSISTANT II CURR-2007

This hands-on curriculum explores the many skills required of food service workers including those careers of a chef, cook, baker; food preparation worker; host/hostess; food service worker; restaurant and food service manager; banquet manager; food and beverage worker; and waiter/waitress. Students will gain skills of food service employees in restaurants, schools, institutions, congregate meal settings, and hospitality venues. A sample of activities includes:
